Volunteer

Volunteers help GNOSTEM bring attention to the importance of STEM and STEM education in our community and region.  Adult volunteers are needed to:

  • help deliver impactful teacher professional development,
  • participate in interactive community education and awareness opportunities,
  • help teachers and students discover the opportunities that exist in STEM-related careers through Lunch and Learn gatherings,
  • serve as judges for the Greater New Orleans Science and Engineering Fair, and more.

High school students can also play an important volunteer role for GNOSTEM.  Experienced robotics students are needed to work with GNOSTEM's Hands-On Summer STEM Camp participants as they explore robotics and advanced robotics techniques, programming, and more.

Contact GNOSTEM to learn more about STEM volunteer opportunities at 504-280-5715 or Jennifer.Lacoste@gnostem.org.
